In collaboration with our partnering specialist manufacturers, we have developed specific cartridge labeling machines taking into account all the peculiarities of the support that, while appearing cylindrical, is never perfectly so.
Special labeling applications for empty cartridges, before filling, are available on specific request.
Mod. GRE-E
Cartridge Rolling Machine with Labeling Device.
- Automatic cartridge rolling machine in line, for ink-jet marking of the batch number and/or expiry date.
- Labeling head for labels with max size of 70 x 50 mm (useful for labels for cartridges to be exported to foreign markets whose language is not included among those already present in the cartridge graphics).
- On request, sensor for the detection of the mark on the cartridge, to label all cartridges in the same point.
The label is applied starting from the bottom of the cartridge after a free space of about 20 mm.
Mod. TGR-S1
Automatic Labeling Machine for Cartridges.
Automatic labeling machine in line (to be mounted in line at the exit from the automatic cartridge filling machine) for the total labeling of cartridges with labels having a height of 180-190 mm max and a length of approximately 150 mm.
To get the best labeling results, it is necessary to use labels labeling in PE because, being more flexible, they adapt better to the imperfections of the cartridge. Moreover, it is appropriate to use labels as short as possible (preferably 150, but also 170 mm) to keep far from the top and the bottom of the cartridge, since mainly the top of the tube is usually not perfectly cylindrical. Some cartridges manufacturers have developed cartridges specially produced with higher quality, precisely to minimize labeling imperfections.
- Automatic Conveyor Belt with vulcanized calibrated rollers, provided with grooves in order to work also with aluminum cartridges whose border at the bottom will match with the groove in the rollers.
- Fully adjustable labeling head, with calibrated pressure roller for the best adhesion of the label to the cartridge during the application with the recovery of residual silicon paper after labeling.
- Lateral micrometric adjustment, in height and in the angular position of the labeling head by means of handwheels, with precision counters.
- Working speed adjustable at will up to max 30-35 cartridges/minute.
- End of label, paper break or drive failure alarms.
Mod. FRX10-1C
Semi-automatic Cartridge Labeling Machine.
Semi-automatic labeling machine, with manual loading of each cartridge, for the total labeling of cartridges with labels maximum 180 mm hight and approximately 150 mm long.
To get the best labeling results, it is necessary to use labels labeling in PE because, being more flexible, they adapt better to the imperfections of the cartridge.

- Machine to be placed directly on a table bench.
- The operator places the cartridge between the two base rollers and by a pedal starts the labeling process that takes place with an automatic cycle.
- Working speed max 15 cartridges/minute.
