Honey and Jam Dosing and Filling Machines
Nannini Renato Machinery designs and manufactures automatic honey and jam dosing and packaging machines for glass jars and pots of various sizes (from about 200 g to 1000 g).
Sophisticated on-board diagnostics and electropneumatic operation assure unbeatable productivity in honey and jam dosing and filling.
The jars are filled by a volumetric dosing unit with adjustable capacity up to 800 ml.
The flow of product is cut off by a specially designed non-drip mechanical mushroom valve.
The filling machines feature a compact footprint, with empty jar turntable feed, dosing and filling, automatic twist-off cap feeding and location, cap application and driven full jar conveyor.
They are equipped with jar and cap sensors (for the twist-off caps) and, optionally, automatic labelling and seal application.
