Our entire range of machines has been designed and developed for filling high-viscosity products, especially for filling adhesives (glue, mastics, etc) and silicone sealants (silicone) or similar type sealants in single or bi-component cartridges, more generally, any product (especially if highly viscous) in any type of container, mainly of the “open mouth” type such as jars, cans, tins, pails and buckets.
With our presses/extruders for mixing and production tanks, it becomes easier to supply high-viscosity products to the dosing system of the filling machine.
Thanks to our know-how in this specific niche market, we have internally developed also various end-of-line machines.
For instance, those for inserting nozzles and cartoning cartridges.
Automatic static mixing machines are also available for in line catalyzing and/or coloring any high viscous product.
They supply may be also completed with automatic taping machines and palletizers manufactured by our partner companies for the maximum level of automation.
