Semi-automatic cartoning machine for empty cartridges in standard 140-pieces boxes.
The cartoning machine mod. INSC140E, with totally automatic cycle, is semi-automatic because the cartons must be loaded into the storage device already pre-formed by the operator and with the bottom closed (taped or stapled).
- Automatic loading of bulk cartridges coming from the plastic injection molding machine, equipped with an ejection system of the not correctly oriented cartridges.
- Pre-accumulation vertical zone for the cartridges before entering the accumulation cell.
- Horizontal accumulation cell of the cartridge rows in number of 15 and 16 alternately, with lifter of each accumulated row for forming the following row.
- Vertical carton storage area with capacity of no. 3 cartons already pre-formed manually.
- Pusher of the cartridges rows accumulated inside the carton.
- Reversing device of the filled carton from the horizontal to the vertical position and ejection on roller conveyor towards an automatic taping machine (if present) to close the box by taping it on top.
