Semi-automatic multi-size cartoning machine for filled cartridges.
The cartoning machine mod. INSC, with fully automatic cycle, is defined semi-automatic because the cartons must be loaded into the storage area already pre-formed by the operator and with their bottom closed (taped or stapled).
- Multi-format machine, able to handle cartons with 6, 8, 12, 15, 16, 20, 24, 25 and 30 cartridges.
- Ramp/slide for the automatic entry of the cartridges in line at the exit of the automatic filling machine.
- Horizontal accumulation cell in rows from 3 to 6 cartridges depending on the format, with lifter of each accumulated row for forming the following row.
- Vertical storage area for manually pre-formed cartons, with variable capacity from 8 to 4 cartons depending on the format used (from 6 to 30 cartridges).
- Pusher of the cartridge rows accumulated inside the carton.
- Reversing device of the filled carton from the horizontal to the vertical position and ejection on roller conveyor towards an automatic taping machine (if present) to close the box by taping it on top.
- Fully pneumatic supply, no electrical connection required, so that the machine can be used safely even in environments having hazardous atmosphere.
