Founded in 1973 by Mr. Renato Nannini, for several years now no longer in business, the company distinguished itself immediately for the design and construction of presses/extruders and for the development of filling machines for high and very high viscosity products (for example sealants such as silicone) in standard 310 ml cartridges, perfecting the vertical filling and capping technique.
In the following years, the company designed and constructed machines for vertical filling of cartridges with a wide variety of formats, from 50 to 1000 ml, in plastic, aluminum, cardboard-aluminum, but also for filling in cans/tins, 20 liters pails/buckets and 200 liters drums/barrels, always keeping the focus on high/very high viscosity products.
The machines range has been gradually expanded so as to offer complete filling lines: from the extrusion from drums or tanks of any capacity, to the in-line coloring and/or catalyzing of products, to the end of the line consisting of automatic units for positioning the nozzles and boxing the cartridges.
At present, our company has a catalog of more than 40 machines and several installations that are designed and built as single items (or a very small series) for the specific needs of some of our many international clients.
