Automatic nozzle mounting machine for standard nozzles with clip to be clipped/hooked to standard silicone cartridges.

• Manual feeding of the cartridges, or in line at the exit of an automatic filling machine, on a step-by-step chain for cartridge advancement.
• Automatic feed of the nozzles from an orienting hopper with rollers, patented by Nannini Renato. Extremely quiet operation.
• Hopper for bulk nozzles with a capacity of about 2,000 nozzles for broad autonomy.
• Vertical loader of the nozzles from the hopper to the orienting device.
• Or alternatively with vibrating circular orienting hopper with lower capacity but more compact.
• Automatic clipping of the nozzles to the cartridge and ejection of the cartridge with the nozzle via down- ramp, for manual boxing.
• Production speed: up to 40-45 nozzles/cartridges per minute.
