Multi-size automatic machine for placing no-clip nozzles (without ring) in the box, with cartridges already packed.
- Automatic feeding of the boxes in sizes of 6, 8, 12, 15, 16, 20, 24, 25, 30 coming from the cartridge packing machine.
- Automatic handling of the boxes up to the nozzle placing station.
- Automatic feed of the nozzles through orienting device with rollers patented by Nannini Renato. Extremely quiet operation.
- Hopper for bulk nozzles with a capacity of about 2,000 nozzles for broad autonomy.
- Vertical loader of the nozzles from the hopper to the orienting device.
- Counting Station of the nozzles in the right number depending on box size.
- Stacking station of the nozzles, one inside the other in a number of 3 or 2 for each row.
- Station for the insertion of the stack of nozzles between the cartridges in the box.
- Station with pressing plate to push down the row of nozzles possibly not totally dropped between the cartridges.
- Production speed: up to 50 nozzles/minute, depending on box size.
- Ideal to complete the automatic filling line for holders of the packing machine mod. INSC.
