Nozzle mounting machine model SNOZZ for nozzles with clip to be clipped/hooked to standard silicone cartridges.
- Manual feeding of the cartridges, or in line at the exit of an automatic filling machine, on a down- ramp of the cartridge to the clipping station.
- Automatic feeding of the nozzles from a feeder and vibrating circular orienting hopper.
- Automatic clipping of the nozzles on the cartridges and ejection of the cartridge with the nozzle via down-ramp, for manual boxing.
- Production speed: approximately 25 nozzles/cartridges per minute.
