Automatic Cartridge Capping and Closing Machine

Machine for automatically capping cartridges, can be integrated into any dosing system, to complete a filling line.
By adding a cartridge rolling machine mod. GR and/or a semi-automatic cartoning machine mod. INSC you will get a semi-automatic line manageable by two operators (one appointed with filling the cartridge and the other with closing cartons and palletizing) for a productivity of 15-25 cartridges/minute.
- Automatic ramp/slide for the feeding of filled cartridges to be capped.
- Automatic feed of the caps taken from the hopper on the ground with a capacity of approximately 2000 pieces, with automatic vertical loader and orienting vibrator, ejecting into the hopper badly oriented caps.
- Caps feeding slide from the orienting vibrator to the point of insertion into the cartridge.
- Insertion of the cap in the cartridge with pressure, time and shape of the presser suitable to the deformation of the plastic cap for the total evacuation of the air between cap and product.
- Horizontal ramp/slide for ejecting the cartridge, which can be connected in line to a subsequent cartridge rolling machine for the ink-jet marking of the batch number and/or expiry date, or a semi-automatic cartoning machine mod. INSC.
- Version mod. TAPP-E also provided with expander for aluminum cap, to be able to automatically cap also aluminum cartridges with expansion caps.
