Hydraulic fixed press/extruder for mixing/production tanks, with supporting frame for the tank.
Mod. PV
Press for emptying mixing/production or laboratory tanks, with an internal Ø from 200 up to 1600 mm, containing high/very high viscosity products.
- Machine frame specifically designed and manufactured for each tank, in order to make the size as compact as possible.
- Electro-hydraulic and pneumo-hydraulic versions (electric or pneumatic feeding).
- Standard hydraulic power unit mounted on the press for greater compactness.
On request, version with separate hydraulic power unit. - Pressing plate of suitable thickness depending on the diameter and the maximum pressure that can be exerted on the product, in carbon steel or stainless steel on request.
- Standard design pressing plate with a pure tapered shape, or with lower ring for keeping the gasket always in position and air vent valve, or with a design useful to mount the inflatable seal.
- Version with bench for lifting the tank from the ground up to a standard 900 mm working height (different heights on request).
- Supports of the lifting bench equipped with opening/closing control from the machine control panel, pneumatically operated and with position detection micro/sensors.
- On request, a more convenient version with fixed bench, i.e. without tank lifter (the tank will be loaded into the press via electric forklift or pallet truck).
- Tank centering system with dual feedback sensor for ensured centering.
- Control panel mounted on the side of the machine, or, on request, on the separate hydraulic power unit, if present.
- Safety Protections and tank entrance gate provided with micro or safety sensors.
- Possibility to customize the machine on request: colors, construction materials, optical or laser barrier protections, tank centering systems, materials of the pressing plate gaskets, etc.
Hydraulic pump
80 bar, 150 bar, 200 bar, 230 bar or 265 bar hydraulic pump, for a wide range of maximum pressures on the product.
Hydraulic cylinder
100 mm to 350 mm hydraulic cylinder bore, for an even greater range of possible maximum pressures of the pressing plate on the product.
Extrusion pressure
The combination between different hydraulic pumps and the various hydraulic cylinders makes our presses capable of extruding the product at a maximum pressure of 7 bar in standard versions or, in enhanced and reinforced versions and depending on the tank diameter, up to 20 bar for an inner diameter of 1300 mm, and beyond for smaller diameters.
