Static Mixers with Triple Doser
DT Series

The DT series of static mixing machines is designed with 3 dosers, one for the basic product and the other two for color and catalyst or for color + gel or catalyst + gel. These static mixers are ideal for products such as adhesives, silicone sealants (silicone), acrylic sealants, polyurethane sealants, glues, putties, mastics, etc

- Very compact size, with dedicated frames depending on the power and output capacity required.
- Versions with pneumatic, electro-hydraulic or fully electric operation, in order to meet every need in an optimal and efficient way.
- In versions from the simplest to the most sophisticated for product pressures and flow rates dedicated to the filling machine to feed, starting from the manual doser requiring a reduced flow rate of 5-6 liters/minute, up to even > 50 liters/minute for filling in commercial 200 liters drums/barrels and with the entire intermediate range available.
- Static mixing pipes with mixing elements in stainless steel, 2″or 3″ depending on the required flow rate and defined length in order to obtain a perfect mixing homogeneity.
- Version available with integrated manual cartridge filling station, very useful to those who need frequent color and/or product changes because it is not strictly necessary to clean the machine between color/product change over.
- The base product and the various possible additives such as colors and catalyst (and gel in case of silicone) are dosed with the utmost accuracy and continuity in the static mixing pipe equipped with suitable mixing elements that break the flow several times, making it possible to obtain a perfectly homogeneous mixing.
