Static mixing machines equipped with integrated station for the manual filling of the cartridges. These static mixing machines are ideal for products such as adhesives, silicone sealants (silicone), acrylic sealants, polyurethane sealants, glues, putties, mastics, etc

Models equipped with two or three dosing units, to color or to cut/extend silicone with gel, or to color and catalyze, or to extend silicone with gel and color it, or to extend silicone with gel and catalyze it.

  • Very compact size, also on wheels, for easy handling.
  • Versions with pneumatic operation and fully pneumatic or electric logic for a productivity suitable to manual filling, up to max 20 cartridges/minute approx.
    To meet the needs of our customers, the percentage ratios are defined on request.
  • Static mixing pipes with mixing elements in stainless steel, 2″or 3″ depending on the required flow and defined length in order to obtain a perfect mixing homogeneity and easy color/product change over.
  • The base product and the secondary products are dosed with the utmost accuracy and continuity in the static mixing pipe equipped with suitable mixing elements that break the flow several times, making it possible to obtain a perfectly homogeneous mixing.
